What if I don't like the preview?

Then choose a different style or upload a different photo, as often as you like. The live preview shows you every change before you order. And if the finished picture isn't right, our satisfaction guarantee applies: we'll reprint.

Will it really look like my pet in the end?

That's what it all comes down to. It's the little quirks that make your pet recognisable: the crooked edge of an ear, the grey around the muzzle, that look. That's why you see your picture in the live preview before you order. If something isn't right, upload a different photo or choose a different style.
