Shipping and delivery
Delivery area
We deliver to Germany and to all other countries of the European Union. Outside the EU we deliver to Switzerland. The checkout checks whether a product can be delivered to your address.
Shipping costs

Shipping costs apply per order and are shown to you in the checkout before you buy. If your order contains items from different print shops, it may arrive in several parcels. We do not charge any additional shipping costs for this.
Delivery times
Our products are only printed after you order. The delivery time covers printing and shipping and is counted from receipt of your payment.
- Germany: usually 5 to 9 working days
- Other EU countries: usually 5 to 12 working days
- Switzerland: usually 7 to 14 working days
The expected delivery time is also shown with each product. Before Christmas and around public holidays it may take longer.
Where we print
We work with print partners in Europe. Which print shop produces your order depends on the product and the destination country.
Customs and duties outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, import duties, taxes and carrier fees may apply unless they have already been charged in the checkout. You bear these costs.
Digital products
You receive digital products by email as a download, usually within 24 hours on working days. There are no shipping costs for these.
